We accept returns on items that are sent back to us un-used and in the same condition it was received.

Once we have received your item back, you will be notified by email and we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method. You should receive your refund instantly but it may take up to 10 days to process.

Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for return postage costs unless we have made an error with your order. Please keep proof of postage in case anything goes missing!

In the very unlikely event that your item is defected or damaged, we will replace the item as per the sale of goods act. Please do not send the item back to us.

Please send us an email with your order number and a clear image of the faulty item that we can use to identify the fault and keep for our records.

We will organise sending out a replacement to you or we will provide you with a refund. If we do need you to send the item back to us for further investigation, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Yes, if the hair tool that you ordered is not best suited to your hair type, simply send your item back within 30 days. Once we have received your item back, we will send out the item you wish for it to be exchanged with.
